Even when I became overly emotional, Fernando remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time working with me. Brought out car to the dealer with an issue . The service advisor Fernando was excellent . They needed to order parts and the car would be ready in 2 days . After hearing that my husband is handicap and we only have 1 car , they expedited the part and repair and we received the car back the next day . The technician joe showed me the issue so I could explain it to my husband . I was very pleased with the overall process .

The only downside is that it can sometimes be difficult to get a loaner vehicle, which I wish were more readily available.
